It starts right here!!
So, while on holiday with my nearly 1 year old, I realise that I hate my shape. Weight and posture. I also don’t want to be an ‘old’ Mum (having given birth in my early 40’s), I want to be an active Mum. I can’t use the ’ I’ve just had a baby’ excuse anymore as she gets closer to walking by herself! So I need to formulate an action plan before I return. This should be easy because I am a qualified Personal Trainer. Can’t say I’ve been fit for at least 8 years though! I have used all the excuses: Not enough time Don’t feel well Too cold/hot Work is too demanding Etc……..
Well, I can categorically say that before I gave birth, I totally wasted my time. I should have used it more effectively. I am now super efficient (when/if the baby naps) and need to fit in some ME time to fix this issue caused by my laziness.
So I am off to take some photos of what I am trying to change and to devise a plan to rectify my issues.
