Like a warm, motherly embrace, the shadows surrounded Aphelios, gently wrapping around his arms to pull him closer to the woman, concerned now by the salty smell of his tears and sadness.

Her soft, warm voice murmured into the dark of that night while his cheeks were now cupped by her cold and pale hands, using her lips to wipe away all those dry tears from his face. Slowly and gently, his head was then pulled on her chest, letting him rest on her bosom while her fingers played with his dark strands.
