Time For Self
Relaxing at the end Of the day is a must, gotta make time for that recharge. Five minutes. Ten minutes. I’m taking that special time for self. It’s a must.

Time for us who are mothers to give ourselves the gift of time without guilt about it
I've just cleaned up my inbox but I won't be answering generic health questions this week, so please read this before heading there.
Replacing Monday with Momday
I have decided that Monday is now my favorite day of the week. Why? Because I've decided to make it Momday. While everyone is dragging and complaining ,"Oh no, It's Monday already, I will be enjoying a day for myself. Using the time to take care of myself. Giving myself what I need so I can be at my best for the rest of the family..Go me...
Finding Time...
Time is the most precious thing you can give someone, and I realized this week there's someone I've been missing in my life; me. I've always been obsessed with being there for others, being just a phone call away, helping everyone through everything, being ready for any work request and making things happen. There are few lunch breaks I don't spend with my phone in my hand checking emails and never giving my lunch dates my full attention. I'm so petrified of letting anyone down that I give my all to absolutely everything except myself.
It's a tough revelation, but one that I hope enriches my life. This afternoon I spent four hours by myself. I made tamales. I watched a mini series. I washed a load of laundry and I wrote 1,200 words in my novel. Maybe it seems like that wasn't restful, but for me it was a dream... even with the headache.
Don't take yourself for granted. It's hard to be there for everyone when you're not strong enough for them, and you won't be unless you take care of yourself first. It's not selfish. It's necessary. I need to keep telling myself that until I believe it.
I wonder should I try this Detox...... I will get back to you Kurvy Glam Divas.
The Ultimate Detox Bath! The first thing you need to know though, is that you should allow at least 45 minutes to yourself for this, because the first half of the time is to detox and the second half is to soak-in. The longer, the better. You can make your own mixture with other ingredients, but the basic ingredients are as follows: -2 cups of Epsom salt (and add in another cup for every 50 pounds you are over 100 pounds) -2 cups of baking soda -1/3 cup of ground ginger -Your choice of mint, herbs, or essential oils Add all of those things (or your favorite optional ingredients) into a hot bath as it is running, and swish it around until it is as dissolved as possible. Jump in and enjoy. Be warned though...you WILL sweat, and quickly. The more ginger you use, the more you will sweat, and you can expect some pink skin within just a few minutes. Soak for at least 45 minutes, hop out and into a fluffy towel, and then spend the next fifteen minutes trying to remember your first name.
