#time lash stuff

@ the Class fandom concerning Big Finish possibly picking it up!

I got the chance at Time Lash a little over a week ago to ask Scott Handcock about this possibility [mentioned the petitions etc going around] - to which he replied that it’s nothing he can really talk about to us, but that there weren’t any plans so far, and if there were, he’d be the first person they’d come to since he’s the youngest at Big Finish.

Nick Briggs and Benji Clifford also talk about it in the latest BF podcast in response to an email from a fan - also saying that so far there weren’t any plans, but they wouldn’t rule it out completely, saying that something like that had to develop naturally. So it’s not good news, but it isn’t bad news either. They are definitely aware of the fans wanting them to pick Class up! I guess, we’ll have to just wait and see. :)

Things that happened at Time Lash pt. 2 - I MET KAI OWEN AND NAOKO MORI. Naoko recognized me from the autographs earlier that day (Kai as well I think) and greeted me really cheerfully and then she saw that I had a hair on my tshirt and we both tried to get it of and it was all really really sweet. (I died, actually.) (aghcakldnskalnfs) THIS ACTUALLY IS A THING THAT HAPPENED.

- Naoko and Scott confirmed that they did some recordings for Torchwood last week! More Tosh in the next season of the Torchwood main range!

- Found a Tardis in between some Daleks and a Cyberman!

Things that happened at Time Lash pt. 5: - they had a LOT of Torchwood action figures and I wanted them all but I only got the Tosh one because I love her (also money) [not counting books, audios or Jack Harkness stuff that is labeled as Doctor Who merchandise, this is my one and only Torchwood merchandise ❤️]

Things that happened at Time Lash pt. 1:

- in other news: Don‘t let me loose on a Doctor Who convention with money I saved for 2 months by literally only spending it on food and electricity, because I will spend it all on as much Torchwood merchandise as I can find and afford :))

(including a limited edition of the Station Zero comic even though my friend literally gave me all the separate issues of that comic the day before [along with the Exodus Code novel!!!!!!]. But hey! Even got an autograph from Will Brooks - the cover artist - included in the 25€ that it cost!) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

(tbh I was almost relieved that most of the Torchwood stuff the Big Finish booth had I already own, otherwise this picture would look A LOT different)

TIME LASH IS OVER AND IT WAS AWESOME AND I CANT BELIEVE IT REALLY ALL HAPPENED TODAY.

ALSO: NAOKO MORI IS THE SWEETEST PERSON ON EARTH, I WAS COMPLETELY OVERWHELMED AND GOT LIKE 3 HUGS FROM HER OVER THE SPAN OF LIKE 3-4 MINUTES WHEN I GOT MY AUTOGRAPH AND SHE HELD MY HAND AND THEN SHE RECOGNIZED ME AT THE PHOTO SHOOT. (it was all rlly emotional RIP me)

AND SCOTT HANDCOCK WAS JUST SO LOVELY AND WE TALKED ABOUT AAU (obv) AND IT WAS JUST ALL SO GREAT.

KAI OWEN IS THE FUNNIEST PERSON AND HAS A REALLY LOUD VOICE SO THAT NO ONE NOTICED HE DIDNT USE HIS MIRCOPHONE AT ONE POINT DURING HIS PANEL (he also did a live video on twitter 100 points if someone spots me haha) (I haven’t seen it yet!)

(more details, photos and the story about my hugs from Naoko will follow later tonight or tomorrow! i’ve got 1 ½ hours to kill until my train leaves and then it’s another 4 hours or so until I’m home)

THIS DAY WAS A BLAST.
