This is something that may not work for everyone but, I prefer this because this helps me excited about the topic and keep me motivated about it.
FOR example, I need to read two research papers and, I know it will take around 2 hours each and, I tend to lose my focus.
So, in that case, I will read one paper for 30 min and the other for 30 min.

Don’t pack everything closely together. Leave a 5-10 minute buffer time in between each task. This helps you wrap up the previous task and start on the next one.
