STRETCHING is so important. Like Duh🙄 I know we hear it all the time but it has so many benefits beyond the physical recovery and circulation improvement. 💪🏃🏻♀️🏃🤸♂️🤸🏼♀️But it IMPROVES the mental emotional mind. To be mutable to experiences. 💁To be flexible mentally and open to choices and opportunities we are given- as opposed to being ridged and closed🙅. When I was a kid I loved stretching- I was horrible at it but loved it and eventually improved. 👍I actually remember saying out loud, “I wish there was a class where you could stretch the whole time!” 🙏Skip ahead- I’ve been a yoga teacher for over a decade- Ha Ha! Who knew😜 WHAT DO YOU DO TO OPEN UP SORE or TIGHT MUSCLES❓ I am always interested in different approaches.
