Orange: 6 facts about my home town.Well, technically I was born in Ventura and raised in Washington State, but I consider Salinas my hometown.
1. I learned to drive here, got my first kiss here, had my first heartbreak here. 2. We adopted Rusty from the pound here. 3. I met some of my very best friends here (Denise, Carlos, Christian, Annie, Bri)4. I’ve often felt trapped here. 5. But I always want to come back when I leave. 6. The downtown area is finally starting to become revitalized with new restaurants, shops, and offices. (And I couldn’t be more pleased)
