What exercises would be good if you don't go to the gym?
Great question! There are tooooooons of exercises that you can do if you can't or don't want to go to the gym. In fact, I actually prefer at home workouts to going to the gym. Here are just some:
Work-out videos. You can buy them, find them on Youtube, or download torrents of them from sites like ThePirateBay. These are really my workouts of choice recently. Try looking up Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred or another of hers, Ripped in 30. If you don't have weights, you can use cans of beans or water bottles!
Running. The best exercise that only requires you, some good running shoes, and an open space. If you're new to running, look up the Couch25K program that's specifically designed to get you from, well, the couch to running a 5K race!
Various other exercises. The fitblrs on Tumblr are full of exercises you can do at home! For a sampling, check out my exercises tag, where you can find a ton of simple workouts you can do right at home.
Like I said, those are just some options for you! You never need a gym to work out. All you really need is the desire!
(and some good shoes for support, and probably a water bottle to hydrate :P)
