So that’s why he looked familiar. It’s been a while since he Gremlin saw the Clocktower, but he couldn’t believe it slipped his mind. He almost felt the need to go quickly teleport to his old friend and apologize to him.
"Oh yes! The Clocktower!" Markus replied cheerfully, seeming more at ease knowing that this creature was friends with someone he knew. "Practically the same thing? In what way sir? I know you look somewhat identical to him. Are you two related in some way?"
"I hadn't really meant to frighten you, my apologies if I did"
"Oh um…t-that’s fine." He replied with the same smile, though he forced himself to relax. This creature didn’t seem to be a threat. Maybe he was friendly? "So…what’s you name? And what brings you to Gremlin Village?" Markus asked politely, hovering to his eye level.
"my you're a small one, i can hardly see you.." the cybrid got down to get a closer look
If this was a regular toon, Markus would’ve said that he doesn’t like being called small in a polite way. But no. This…thing…was HUGE! Almost intimidating. Giving a nervous smile, he replied. “Um…hi…”
