Aquilius Jr Lyzarae | Great Grandson of Commander Sonas Lyzarae   I finally made the boy! Aqui is named after his grandfather, Sonas’ son Aquilius. He’s the last known surviving Lyzarae family member (that is until Sonas comes back from the dead)

Trying to make sense of Timeless’ timeline (I feel like there’s a joke in there) for plot reasons here and also because my STEM brain needs it.  It’s not 100% because I’ve probably missed a few references, and playing more fast and loose with season 2 because their timeline and implication of 1:1 time passage with the broadcast schedule makes no damn sense, I think I’ve managed something halfway logical to cover the timespan.  I’ve respected what back-to-back episodes  I remember where it’s made obvious the team left again the next morning for another mission.  A few things may need some fuzzy logic, like accepting that a scene at the end of one episode “actually” occurs at the start of the next. Some notes as I have them, but here’s my crack at it. 2016

October:  1x01, 1x02, 1x03, 1x04.  I’ll kick it off real-time since 1x01 premiered in October.  1x02 follows immediately after 1x01, and it makes sense Flynn would play fast and furious to begin with doing missions in quick succession. November:  1x05, 1x06, 1x07, 1x08.  Flynn’s blitz continues.  But as I’ve meta’d, Flynn finally hits a psychological wall on the Space Race mission and tries to shift gears. December: 1x09, 1x10, 1x11.  Flynn cites “time travelers from 2016″ in 1x10, so it’s got to take place before the end of the year.  1x11 follows shortly/immediately after 1x10.  These episodes also make sense together because it’s Flynn’s trio of researching Rittenhouse, trying to take them out at the start, and the fallout of his failed efforts to join forces with the Time Team. 2017

January:  Flynn takes a break in order to research more and strategize more.

February: 1x12.  Emma joins the team, and it’s implied she’s there more than a few days before Anthony’s killed in 1x13. March:  Another strategy break for Flynn.  After visiting Wes Gilliam, and without a mission to keep him distracted, Wyatt keeps stewing about Jess and decides to act. April: 1x13, 1x14.  1x14 follows shortly after given we see Wyatt being held and interrogated due to his actions in 1x13. May: 1x15, 1x16.  1x16 follows immediately after 1x15. June: After some of the data is processed, Lucy sets up a meetup with Flynn for the information on his family.  Flynn is captured and imprisoned. July: A few weeks after Flynn is captured, Lucy is ready to go get Amy back.  Carol takes her prisoner and takes her to Rittenhouse.  Emma steals the Mothership for Rittenhouse. August-September: Denise finds the bunker.  Lucy is Rittenhouse’s prisoner.  Garcia (swapping to his first name as he’s entering his season 2 evolution) is in prison. October: 2x01.  This is a little longer than the “six weeks” claimed between the end of 1x16 and 2x01, but it makes more sense for Lucy to have been Rittenhouse’s prisoner for several months before being allowed out on mission, for Jiya and Rufus to have recovered more from their injuries at the end of season 1, and for fixing the Lifeboat after that kind of explosion to take a while, especially given they don’t have the shiny Mason Industries budget and infrastructure. November: Another lull again.  Rittenhouse works on getting Nicholas’ injuries rehabbed, and getting his manifesto ready to share with the faithful. December: 2x02 2018

January: 2x03, 2x04.  Garcia refers to spending “six months in solitary” in 2x04 and this about matches with that.  2x04 takes place immediately after 2x03. February: 2x05 March: 2x06, 2x07.  2x06 takes place immediately after 2x07. April: 2x08.  Jessica has been in the bunker for several months, so the pregnancy, and her awareness of it at the end of this episode, now makes more sense. May: 2x09, 2x10.  2x10 takes place immediately after 2x09.

Nyxarenn | Phoenix/Scion of Zhaitan 

Some unedited screens but the new wings are AMAZING & they suit Nyx so well that I ended up deciding instead of a dragonvari they more suited being a phoenix! I mean, it makes sense, they rose from the dead due to being Zhaitan’s scion!

➵ Solaris & Nyxarenn | Dragonvari lovers (or not really, they’re too nervous to admit they’re in love with each other but one day!)  Solaris (pastel pink dragonvari) belongs to @commander-luna, Nyxarenn belongs to me! We took many screens but honestly? this one despite it not being the prettiest we took - it perfectly captures both of their personalities and I love them

💧🎁💰 for a character of your choice!

since not a lot of people know about them, let me introduce you to Nyxarenn! Aka Nyxie (a loving nickname give to them by Solaris), my darling Dragonvari 

💧What makes your OC lose hope, what makes them give up and feel helpless? Have they ever given up on something really important or let go of a dream? What are some of their biggest regrets? Would they ever try again (if they’re able to)?

Nyxie loses hope of Sol’s return a lot of the time, they’re very nervous to lose Sol as he is the only person in Nyx’s life that makes them feel like more than a monster so losing him would hurt Nyxie a lot. It often makes them feel helpless when they can’t go with Sol when Sol is traveling. Nyxie is meant to be there to protect Sol from dangers and if they’re separated they can’t do that. 

Nyxie hasn’t done a lot with their life, they’re technically one of the risen - being one of Zhaitan’s minions so a lot of what they’ve done in their life has been because Zhaitan told them to. They regret not telling Solaris their true feelings for him but still haven’t been able to 

🎁 What would be the perfect gift to buy your OC? What would be the worst gift? Are they themselves any good at gifting things or are they really indescisive? How do they wrap their presents?

Nyxarenn sees gift-giving as a form of courtship, so any gift to Nyx will either make them very happy that someone wants to court them or very nervous. The worst gift would be one from someone Nyx really doesn’t want to court, they’re too nervous to tell someone that they don’t like them and will struggle to reject a gift. 

They make their own gifts though! Their way of showing affection is through weaponsmithing, Solaris has many many weapons from Nyxie from where they’re trying to tell Sol that they want to be something more than friends 

💰  If your OC had all the money they could ask for what would they do with it? Where would they go and what would they buy? Are they the only one who benefits from this wealth?

Nyx probably wouldn’t understand money, they’d be very confused and probably end up giving it to Sol or Sonas. Sonas is a motherly figure to Nyxarenn, she taught them how to well, be less dragon minion, more human and they’re very thankful so if anything they’d want to help Sonas and buy Sonas things that she would need.

Stretching as she yawned sleepily, trying to keep her eyes on the rather excited cub that was running around the human’s feet, Sonas knelt down and smiled as the cub walked over to her, placing his small paws on Sonas’ knees. “Hey there, little one” Sonas spoke softly – a barely-there whisper. If anyone caught her with the cub, they would both be killed on the spot.

Distant sounds of war that she was trying to convince them to end sounded out in both Sonas’ memory and the battleground. She shouldn’t be here; she shouldn’t be with Arius. Arius, who was a charr and her enemy and yet she had saved his life – fallen too in love with him and there was no going back now.

Shaking her head, she smiled down at the little cub that seemed to be falling asleep on her lap, “Come, Aquilius, let’s go back to your father” Sonas picked up the small cub that instantly seemed to cling to her. Looking out into the distance, Sonas could see the gunshots – hear the screams of her fellow soldiers and enemies.

She turned her head and walked back towards the makeshift, hidden home, herself and Arius had set up. She carried Aquilius inside to see Arius look over at her. The charr seemed to relax in noticing it was his human and not someone there to end them.

“Did he wear himself out again?” he motioned to the sleeping cub in her arms and smiled softly nodding to him and walked over to where Arius was sat down. He nuzzled gently against her face causing her to huff quiet, a soft happy huff. She leaned her head against his shoulder as he pulled both herself and the cub against him in a rather sleepy hug. She felt herself slipping into a peaceful trance.

The war of Ascalon could wait for another lifetime.

“Commander?” There was a pause as if Sonas couldn’t comprehend if that voice was actually calling out to her, “Commander! Wake up! Aurene’s here”

Sonas’ eyes shot open as she gasped for air, looking around her and wincing at the ache in her side, “Where am I?” she muttered looking over to see Rytlock and Braham looking at her with concern. 

“You’re safe, it was just a dream”

It felt more like a memory, she thought to herself but stayed quiet about it. That was for another day.
