Starting out small.

Azrael had always liked the idea of hunting, even if he didn't truly understand it just yet. He was, however, pleased with the fact that he could help, and at least learned a few basic tips and tricks of answering phones to lessen the load. He learned how to say the right sentences, since it was basically the same thing each time, only with a different name.

This time, however, there was a different phone ringing, and that led him to want to pick it up, but at the same time, he had been told not to until he was ready.

"Gaaaaarth! Phone!" Azrael called, trying to get the other's attention while he messed around with a silver knife (Even though he had been told not to, but he saw no harm in it, since it wasn't an angel-blade of some sort). He was idly throwing it up and catching it by the tip, and the handle, all while never once cutting his skin: A perk of being an angel. You learn how to fight with blades while young. Grace, however, was a different story. That didn't occur until after the grace stabilised, which was after the fledgling years.
