Spend time outdoors in nature 🌳🌵🛣 To spend time outdoors in greenery. This has to be my number one activity. I love going outside - I live next to a park and I love going to it whenever I can. Unfortunately, in the summer that doesn't happen. The extreme heat in Qatar that restricted daytime outdoor activities in June, July & August. You can’t even walk on the streets for even 10 mins or you will be bathing with sweat, But I try to wake up early around 4.15 a.m. and used to go to Al bidda park or corniche. So this is an activity I like to do in the spring, and winter. And there are a lot of studies that show that people who spend time in nature actually do get a lot of health benefits.
