So in the autumn of 2018, I had the distinguished privilege of launching a little concept near and dear to my heart: the TINI MARTINI. It is something that is much more than the glass: it is a symbol, it is a movement, it is about connection, about memories, and of course, about hospitality. As such, I will be launching a NEW series… TINI MARTINI: MEMORABLE MARTINI MOMENTS. In this series, I’ll be sharing the stories of my favourite bartenders as well as their Tini twists on the Martini.
