((My reply for Nia/Rotti Largo since Tumblr won't let me reblog))
Rotti nodded. “It’s nice to meet you, Lillian. My name is Rotti Largo, though I’m sure you all ready knew that.” He offered his hand to shake, studying her quietly.
He wasn’t sure who she was or what she was up to out here. He couldn’t get a clear idea yet. She was doing something wrong, though. Everyone in Sanitarium had a secret to hide, and if they didn’t, they weren’t out getting drunk after curfew.
She took his hand hesitantly, and shook it briefly. Her brain was still on high alert, and the physical contact with Sanitarium's most powerful man didn't help calm it any. When she pulled her hand away, she ran it through her wild curls. "Oh, everyone knows who you are, sir." It's flooded into our brains from day one, she thought bitterly. From the day parents started telling stories, it was all about how the world had been saved by one Rotti Largo, and how no one would be around if it weren't for him, and we should all be grateful for his contributions to the world. If only he took care of all the people is company claimed to.
"So... what has you out of GeneCo? I don't think I've ever seen you out, unless it's to announce something about the opera or make a public appearance for GeneCo's latest developments." She hoped her faux curiosity would keep his suspicions about her down, at least a little bit. She knew he was a smart man, though, and she really needed to tread carefully.
