It was a long journey home, both bickering about who should present the pearl and who would be the favorite and who should hold onto the pearl, but it was all in good fun! They both knew they'd present it together, of course, since they'd gotten it together. Each excited in their own way as they race to get home, to where Black Pearl had last been staying!
It was quiet as they entered the house, perhaps she's asleep? Only one way to find out as the pair works their way to the shore-yard. Once it's in view, Jagae calls out "Oh, Peaaaarl! We got something nice for youuuuu!"
Still quiet, but it definitely would've gotten her attention. Especially as Manju says "It seems to be a very special item, dear," as they get closer to the water!
Still quiet. Hmm. But then they see the ripples forming in the water! There she is! Swimming towards them, lunging out of the water with big eyes and an exclamation of "YOU FOUND MY PEARL???!"
Both merchants nod, letting her get up onto the sand with them before moving to hand it to her, together. "That we did, love, that we did." Jagae moves to hug the fish while Pearl is hugging the pearl close, Manju smiling and acting too cool to show affection before sighing and moving to cuddle in as well, giving into how cute his girlfriends look together. If only Cav were here right now, too!
