Any big changes or huge life goals never seem to happen. They quickly feel too intimidating. Or we skip a day and never quite get back to it. But small, even tiny changes are possible. Because they are attainable day after day, our confidence builds. I can do this! For me meditation and stillness is incredibly hard. So my one commitment for this year is to one more minute of meditation this year than last year. Watching 40 breaths 8 times a week. This is possible. #boliviasaltflats #onemoreminute #tinygoals
