Today is #worldprematurityday A day to raise awareness of the issues of premature birth, newborn health and survival. Globally, this effects 15 million babies and their families each year, and the complications of which (such as hypothermia) are the leading causes of death in children under age 5. The good news is, that with the right care, at the right place, and the right time many preemie babies will survive and thrive. And as it turns out, sometimes all you might need to save a life is a tiny hat.
