I saw you're struggling with your mental health and wanted to let you know if you ever want to talk I'm here for you! I had a really bad year with anxiety and just got off of my medication. I know you don't have access to a lot of traditional resources so I'd suggest things like yoga and deep breathing to try and help you calm down. I know those aren't super helpful suggestions but I hope you find something that works for you. Good luck and much love!
