Earlier this week at the West County Board of Zoning Adjustments in Hayward, the Tiny Homes Project was unanimously approved by all board members! This means that a piece of the FPCH parcel can now be officially zoned for housing purposes and the Castro Valley general plan amended to include creative housing solutions.
