This land wasn't so bad. Then again, the last place was plunged deep into civil unrest and was nearly toppled by the undead. Still, this was a nice place to be. Although there was something about this place...
"There's somethin' 'bout this place that's a lot like Lore," the male commented.
"How so?" Rune asked from his perch above ground. Tannim seemed to think this over as he concentrated on the surrundings as the wind blew, "I dunno. But it's just that I get the feelin' that it's alive wit somethin' like..."
He paused as heard a shifting. Moving some of thicket back to reveal a young girl. Tannim seemed confused yet finished his statement, "...dragons."

While most people would start making their treks back to their homes, the evening was about the time Kesil would start heading out. He was considered a bit odd for this sort of pattern but Kesil paid no mind. He'd rarely see those people anyway. The danger didn't startle him and some of the creatures that scared them...were afraid of him.
Besides, it was probably safer for his kind anyway. Kesil started to head out when he noticed a girl wandering around. Sorta aimlessly at that. While Kesil shouldn't have cared, he was prompted to approach the girl and ask, "Hey, are you lost?"
