Tips Tuesdays DiSC Series - 20 of 21: Communication Tips for a C
Communication Tips for a C: Learn to communicate and interact effectively with Magnovo’s Tips Tuesdays DiSC Series
When it comes to tips for a high C, the analytical, would be to communicate better.
First and foremost we need to understand that since you are so good with data (facts & figures) it’s not much about your feelings and thoughts. And that is what the I’s and S’s are looking for!
They want your feelings about your findings.
Don’t just focus on the data.
Here’s the big one, criticize less. And that’s a tough one. More praise and understand that most people are not all about the facts.
My growth tips: work more on expressing thoughts and feelings and focus less on facts; criticize less and praise more.
