Is anon tracking about intentionally doing pre-existing stims? Bc I do that when I'm overwhelmed and stuff (bc I had to learn to suppress them a lot so letting myself do them naturally some times is hard). Like intentionally do a stim bc it'll help?
Yes. That’s why I brought up fidgeting; that’s usually a conscious thing, too! :)
