thinking abt the 7th grade language arts writing assignment we had one time where we had to pick a halloween themed creature, place, and classmate’s name and had to write a short story and i just remembered getting SUPER into it, i didn’t even know the person i was writing about that well, i just knew she lived in a giant spooky house and it was SO fun until the next day when we had to read the stories to the person we wrote about and id gotten SO invested in writing this thing that i didn’t finish it and ended up ad libbing the conclusion, which ended in her dying bc that’s how everyone else’s story ended and i didn’t wanna be weird. she wasn’t even gonna die in the og story she was gonna kick vampire ASS!!!!!!!! anyway i would kill to have that kind of creative drive again
