They had. It was interesting in that it wasn’t used on the stage level, but high up in the topmost structure of the lair set. The boat itself was a gondola with low sides.
Awesome, thank you! I don’t think I ever saw any photos of the boat used in Tartu/Tallin, so this is valuable info.

It is referred as “The Corset”, so yeah. Some of the “lace” is left loose, suggesting partial unravelment. You could go pretty freudian with Phantom being so.. down south too. :P Can’t help mentioning that in Helsinki, the lights turned HOT PINK when Christine sang.

Stevan Poslovski was both first cast and second cast Alfred in his Stuttgart tenure in 2001-2003 and then alternate Abronsius, second cast Herbert and a swing in Hamburg in 2005. ¾ of the male leads, not bad. :P

And also Veit played Alfred (Anton as Abronsius) on the open day in Berlin. Florian Soyka has played both Krolock and Chagal even though they were the cover roles.
Yeah, it was a fun little thing, though I'm hesitant to count it among others mentioned, considering it was this not so serious, out of the context kind of version. I had forgotten Florian understudied for other roles than Krolock, though!
