oh god too many. IR is the obvious big one (they’re just not into each other that way) but there’s others I don’t necessarily dislike, just common depictions of them? Gr*mmjow with *chigo and Ulqu*orra for starters (both of which I think are Complicated and don’t really pan out as anything remotely romantic, especially for the latter). I’m also super over shipping *chigo with his Hollow zanpakuto Hollow(?? sob) since everyone and their mother seems to think he’s is an actual child. I’m fine with the twisted, fucked up dynamics between A*zen and the arrancar but any actual shippy stuff? naaaah. (especially if it’s Big Cat like, please, give him some credit, he’s not one to pine over anyone ever. ever. least of all That Dastardly Motherfucker) oh OH also shipping Big Cat with Ilforte was super big back in the day but it was literally just because Ilforte’s pretty and whatever personality he had was stripped in favor of that so again nah brah. I know the go-to ship for Kensei is with Shuuhe* and just..... nnnnno. (I’m noticing a trend of most of these ships amounting to Really Bad Yaoi tropes.)  Aaand *shiHime as I’ve mentioned before because it’s unfair to both of them and really just a way to be spiteful and hateful towards Hime. idk what really constitutes as ‘everyone’ these days tho.

pulls face b/c I can’t pick just one because oh my god. maybe the biggest thing I regret that we didn’t get to see because of Bl**ch’s cancellation was Gr*mmjow’s character growth because I absolutely loved seeing how he played off everyone, but especially *chigo, Nel and Hime. AND SHAWLONG but Shawlong was also actually in love with him so!! In my headcanon and wishful thinking-land I absolutely love thinking about Charlotte and Ggio’s relationship. I’m still crying over St*rrk and Lilynette. I’d say Chad and Hime but lbr Chad was basically *chigo and Hime’s other boyfriend.

Is your character aware of the disparity between the rich and the poor in some city-states? How do they feel about it?

She is very aware of it. Manda has accidentally wandered into the Brume enough times, or just looking on the streets of Ul’dah, to see it first hand. She wishes there was more that could be done for them, but also knows that people aren’t as kind as she is. It makes her sad.
