Hi Pups! Long time, no see! Rocky, I think you might like this, but I'm not 100% sure. I switched to Linux Mint recently after I'd had enough of Windows 11's crud. Does the Lookout use open-source software as well?

I hear Linux in general is often the go-to when people prefer an open-source OS. I find it cool that there's at least some alternative!

As for the Lookout, I don't remember what Ryder started with, but nowadays he uses mostly his own OS. There's a lot of cross-platform tech involved, as all our equipment needs to literally communicate and operate between each others. I don't know if he gave it a name, but I'm pretty sure he's not sharing it anyway, probably to try and keep our systems safer from bad intentioned people.

What's the perfect song to listen to at an airshow? Specifically a Blue Angels show.

Hmmm that’s a good question! Probably something fast and intense like “Danger Zone” by Kenny Loggins. That song was stuck in my head while watching them so that’s why I chose that song hahahaha. Thanks for asking!

How familiar are you guys with old Kenworth's? More specifically, the Kenworth K100E. I'm playing it in American Truck Simulator (thanks to mods) and I want your guys' perspective on this classic!

The famous Kenworth K100E! You chose a great truck. The K100E is very reliable—it won’t leave you stuck on the road! It has a big, tall windshield and a short sunvisor, so the cabin is always bright, not dark. The design is beautiful and very aerodynamic. I love the metal rivets on the doors, and the engine vent looks strong—just like it should!

Damn straight, lil’ bro! Forgot how much you love cabovers!

The K100 is a special Kenworth model—very strong for its time, with big cabin doors! People used them everywhere because they could do any job. That’s why you see them in old movies, toys, and even anime! It was one of the inspirations for Optimus Prime’s truck in the first generation of Transformers, along with the Freightliner FL86! @titanwolf233 is driving a legend!

And I think the one in the picture is another K100 model—maybe the 1976 K100 Sleeper. It had a bigger cabin so drivers could sleep in it. Perfect for long trips. Many stopped using them because spare parts were hard to find, but some people still fix them up! What do you think, Trailer?

Gotta admit, I’m more a conventional cab pup myself—but show me a cabover in that paint job? Hell, I can’t resist! Blue’s my favorite color, after all!

So....since Ryder and the others are in Adventure Bay so often, does that mean you take care of the Adventure City Lookout Tower? Like, I can oddly picture you sprucing up the place wearing a bandana around your ears and apron to keep your fur clean.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA OH MY, THAT WOULD BE ACTUALLY A GOOD IDEA, BUT CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE THAT???? I BET CARMEN WOULD LOVE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN AHAHAHAHAHAHHA

One thing you got right, I'm mostly alone here, but I don't do things all alone! Ryder was kind enough to give access to all common areas of the tower for a few of our friends here, like Carmen and Tony, so they show up to help me maintaining the place occasionally! The Junior Patrollers tend to try and lend a paw too, but only when we can supervise them, just to be on the safe side. Other than that, I'm the only one with access to the entire tower, so there are some places that are up to me to keep clean and secure. They're all very good helpers everywhere else anyway!

There's also a bunch of Roombas to clean each floor and I have decorated them with color coded stickers and named each one. There's Bumper, Buzzer, Crawler, Roller, Runner, Spinner, Zoomer and Margareth, Elizabeth and Julieth. These last three were the Juniors ideas!
