Statue of Kami (Dealer: titcoRet) – Such a sacred form and impression like smiling somehow. Mystic abstraction (god) of weathered ‘kasagi’ (Japanese wood covering the top of a wall, ‘torii’ or gate), created by the nature without human hands, but possibly “eyes” might be carved in the later years as not sure, and with an attached wooden base for displaying like an art form of ‘suiseki’ stone (moreover, so-called Art of ‘mitate’) arranged by its former owner around Showa period. Total : approx. H 26.3cm (10.35in) / Statue : approx.
