AX Orders

This will be the LAST CALL for those of you who ordered for AX pick up and did not pick them up! You have until Saturday, August 22nd to send us an email at [email protected] and let us know whether you would like to receive your deck via mail (+$5 USA, +$10 everywhere else) or cancel the order completely. If there is no reply, we will cancel your order.

Shipping USA

oh my god I’m so sorry friends

Last night as I was putting together the rest of the USA orders, somehow I didn’t get all of the orders showing up on tictail... so I actually only sent out a little bit over half the rest of the USA shipments!! If you got an email, it means yours has been sent out! It should also contain a tracking number. If your number is invalid, please give it a day for it to maybe show up in the system and if it still doesn’t work, email us! I might have typed it in incorrectly!!

If you haven’t gotten an email yet, it means your product was missed and I will ship it out next Thursday! Since I don’t want to overwhelm the post office (since I didn’t do prepay), I will only be shipping about half of the rest of the international orders next week too!! Sorry for the inconvenience and long wait x____x

If you are an artist, you will be receiving your packages in about 2 weeks, after all the orders have been sent out, so you can get any leftovers!! Thanks for being patient!!!

After AX Update

Hello!

- FINAL DECK ORDERS will be available until 8/8 on our tictail. There are only about 5-6 of each type left, so make sure you get them if you missed them before! http://tkrbdeck.tictail.com/

- If you forgot to pick up your deck at AX, send us an email at [email protected] Let us know your order number and send us either $5 (USA) or $10 (everywhere else) for shipping.

- If you are missing a card, you have until 8/7 to let us know via EMAIL so we can send you a replacement.

- Orders will start to ship during the 1st week of August and will be sent out in batches. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. If you would like a tracking number, email us.

After AX

Hello, friends!! Here’s a bit of updates on what’s going to happen!

- If you picked up your deck at AX and are missing a card (we tried our best to pack them all perfectly but... packing 200 decks, there’s bound to be an error somewhere), please give us your order number and let us know which card you are missing and we will send it to you!

- If you have extra cards... feel free to keep them n_n

- Non-AX decks will be mailed out late July/early August in batches. Please expect them by mid/late August.

- If you had an AX pick up order but were unable to pick it up, you can either cancel your order or send us an additional $5/$10 (depending on your location) to get it shipped to you. (Please email us for further questions: [email protected])

- If you are an artist, you will also be receiving your decks + swag + extra cards in late July/early August!
