Got a lil drawing pad recently, so to practice its slight delay (unfixable, but it is literally like a tiny no screen tablet lol, just takes get used to) I drew up OCL Cross and possibly OCL Error?? Definetly the body type and size I want OCL Errror to be, but not quite the right mannerisms/posing or smaller details like claws that I want. But 100% this is how OCL Cross looks. Just casually towering over everyone.
Our Cover’s Lie; Chapter 2
Cross meets with Blue, getting a lead for Error's whereabouts the proves correct. Yet, Error acting strange, playing some sick joke on Cross. Cross comes back empty handed, and Blue teaches him how to fight, but he fails like always. At least he has friends that won't leave his side. He will kill Error. No just for his AU, but for his friends.
*At this point, I've added the tag: "Dehumanizing use of it/its pronouns" which will lessen as the story goes. As well tags for the heavy topics of religion, trauma, suicidal topics, and abuse/past abuse. Please let me know if I've missed any warnings/tags!

Some Our Covers Lie (formerly the lonely and the one) scribbles. I mentioned before I wanted to move away from Cross being an assassin and go for more of a living weapon/LV20 thing, so with that change in mind we went from a twink and bear pairing to two lovable bears. (It's gonna take a good minute, but we love a slow burn here)
I wanted to get something out for Our Covers Lie (aka The lonely and the one) by the end of the year, but I have zero time (I leave home tomorrow to go be gay with a long distance friend for new years yippe) so enjoy what little I could get done.
Context: first, this is a draft (the actual thing will be much better) and second this is to help practice Error and Cross's dynamic for OCL. So not canon in anyway, and all important points in this will be made again in the actual series. Also for those who are new, OCL au is heavy focus on religion and Error is a god and Cross is an assassin trained to kill him, because all good romances are enemies to lovers obviously (sarcasm).
Concept: Soulmate AU: First sentence your soulmate says to you is written on your wrist.
The kingdom rests, only steps drifting through the halls, yet none of the night guard hears Error. Carefully, he traverses the trims of the castle, tails swaying as his talons catch on the painted brick.
For years, he was alone, the little company he kept was happenstance at best. Despite Nightmare’s gentle reminders and open arms, it wasn’t his place, wasn’t right, wasn’t tradition. How pathetic of a God he is to home under another.
He went about his duties. AUs were killed when needed, Reapertale stayed watched, Nightmare and his rag tag bunch were in check, Ink kept away. Then the cycle broke, Ink returned and things were falling to ruin.
Nightmare had began looking for him, had it already been a months since he last visited? Reapertale stayed the same, but his mind itched to make sure. AUs were holding on by threads he had no control over and slipping into the hands of Ink.
Get Ink in check again. Fix the Aus. Check on Reapertale. Apologize to Nightmare.
The bright casual is wonderfully dim in the night. Few lights interrupt the sleeping town, but only one is out of place. Light glows from one of the towers of the palace.
Some TLATO (The Lonely And The One) concepts I forgot to post. Unless I change em, these are Error's and Cross' designs in TLATO.

Some The Lonely and The One (TLATO) doodles/art/sketches.
Started with the idea of Error just holding Killer or Cross by the scruff (Their hood) and then kept going. Think I'm finding a style finally? Also finally got Error's legs down, it took so long (thank you LARP cosplay models, furry art, and anatomical lion references).

Stained glass experiment for The Lonely and The one. Never doing it again but I love it nonetheless. Too many damn lines tho, but very easy coloring.
Wonder how many secret meanings people can figure out for this lmao. Bunch a details I threw in.
Errored Birthday Party 2023
It's gonna stay a sketch because otherwise I'd never finish it. Also, this drawing is made as if AEJ actually finished (I never finished the story, but the ending is available via the epilogue/epitaph) and Lapse's design based upon the God portraits I did, available under under the aej tag.
All the Error's (minus Template, Errored, and Strings) are from my various series. Also finally nailed a design for cocoa lol, been having trouble drawing him for his series tlato (the lonely and the one).
