hi! i don't know if this is a type of request you write, but what do you think the lgbtqia+ status of the lunar chronicles characters are? just wonderin' :))

This would be a headcanon request but without reader insert. I’m hardly ever inspired for headcanons with no reader insert, and in this case it’s no different. Sorry, sweetie 🤷‍♀️ I also must insist everyone that you read my rules as I’ve been getting requests that don’t follow them again. Could you please do Jacin and Carswell x reader headcannons? (like just dating hcs? Basically?)

I would usually write them as two separate ‘dating would include’ but I wasn’t especially inspired so I’ll write some headcanons instead, yeah. Thanks for requesting! :)

Carswell:

Your relationship is a little bit of a mess

Thorne isn’t the best at expressing his emotions

Instead what he usually does is tease you endlessly

Sure, he always compliments you when he feels like it

And you know it’s genuine and not just mindless flirting

But when he picks on you, he is trying to say he loves you

When he playfully mocks you when you run over your words

Or when you blush at one of his compliments, he always tells you

When the momenth of truth arrives, though, he’s always there for you

To listen if you ever need to talk, to protect you and look after you

He can be really sweet and tender when he wants to

He’s just not used to being so close and intimate with someone

Jacin:

Jacin is very protective of you

So much so that he is in fact overprotective

He is always looking after you

But sometimes he feels a little controlling

You are the only person that can make him smile like that

Just by being you, by being in his presence, that’s enough for him

Jacin is not very touchy or affectionate, but he still loves you

And he shows it in many other ways

Being a shoulder to cry on, or to lend you a listening ear

He gives in to your every whim, he can’t resist you

Also the way he looks at you is telling enough

With a subtle fondness and adoration

You are also the only person that can ever tease him

And instead of lecturing you about it, he lets you

Sometimes you even make him begrudgingly smile

Chocobros + Rampion Crew:

Okay, first and foremost… Kai and Torin = Noct and Ignis

Those four immediately get it off, feeling so connected

After all, Kai and Noct are both determined and stubborn princes

Who both lots their fathers tragically and kind of mourn together

And Ignis and Torin are both patient and exasperated advisers

They exchange lost of stories and ‘complain’ about the other

Gladio gets along really well with Scarlet and Wolf

‘She’s a fiesty one, I like her. Don’t let that one go, Wolf’

Prompto has a mild crush on Cress on sight, love at first sight

She’s sweet, she’s smart and she’s also badass!

But Thorne has none of that and is a jealous boyfriend TM

Poor Prompto feels terrible and apologizes, being all awkward

In the end, though, Thorne and him end up becoming friends

And Thorne swore to be his wingman and help him with Cindy

Noctis loooooves Cinder so much, he thinks she’s awesome!

Gladio too, he calls her ‘princess’ to annoy her a bit, but he likes her

Everyone loves her really, and she feels a bit overwhelmed at the attention

Prompto is a little afraid of Wolf, because he’s big and grumpy

But they get along really well because Wolf is a softie

And he attac, but most importantly, he protecc his new friends

Iko gets along with every single one of the boys

Gladio thinks she’s awesome and loves chatting with her

Ignis is fascinated with her and enjoys her conversation

Noct and Prompto think she’s the coolest and adore her

These two also have similar personalities to her so BFFs

Ignis and Thorne end up becoming unexpected friends

At first they didn’t get along at all, but then Ignis got blind

And Thorne could relate, so he tried to help him out

Even if Ignis and even Gladio didn’t trust him getting closer

Until they saw he was being empathetic and genuine

Cinder and Luna? Best friends, badass girls together

And Cress and Scarlet and Iko adore Luna, and she them

They all talk about Ardyn and Levana and talk crap about them

They would become like a big family and travel together!

All around Eos and to Moon and all over! 

And Prompto would document all of it, of course

His favorite picture is the one of all of them together in the ship

Like the one of the boys with the Regalia, but in the Rampion 

The two crews together as the bestest of friends

Could I request Scarlet Benoit x farm hand reader?

Scarlet Benoit:

It reminds me a little bit of Princess Bride

I think it would be pretty much like Buttercup and Westley at the farm

At first you’re just working together, nothing else

Even if you basically live together, but you’re pretty quiet

Scarlet doesn’t talk much with you

Other than to give you chores or ask you for help

She’s maybe a bit mean sometimes, she teases you a lot at first

Her grandma tells her off for this

But Scarlet just thinks it’s fun teasing you and giving you lots of work

In the end, though, things change a little

Scarlet realizes how sweet you are, and how helpful and thoughtful

How you never complain and work so hard

You start talking more and more

At first of stupid things like the weather or what’s for lunch

Still, Scarlet finds you interesting and is intrigued by you

Why do you always let her tease you and don’t retaliate?

Why are you always so helpful and obedient?

Even if you do tell her off sometimes

Maybe even try and tease her back, almost like you’re flirting

But that’s what she likes you about, you have self control

Sure, you step up when necessary, but also know when to stay silent

With time you speak of more interesting things like yourselves

What you both want to do in the future, for example

And Scarlet finds out you were kind of flirting when teasing her back

After that you basically flirt without even being subtle

Headcanon for lesbian Iko infatuated with a curvy girl

Yay, my first Lunar Chronicles request, thank you! Bear with me if this isn’t the best, but I hope you enjoy! :)

Iko:

Iko doesn’t hide it really well, exactly

Her systems kind of fail whenever you’re around

And you can hear her motor running faster

She’s also always complimenting you

Saying how well that dress look on you

Or how your hair looks so pretty today

And you know she’s completely genuine about it

Honestly, you know she would blush if she could

And sometimes you’re kind of worried that she might overheat

Cinder is kind of amused about this as well

Because she’s around almost every time you chat with Iko

And Cinder can’t keep her smile off her face

Headcanons for Cinder and Cress as a ship/just as friends?

Yay, thank you so much! If you don’t mind I’m gonna write it as just friends because I ship Cinder with Kai and Cress with Thorne so I see them more as friends :) 

Warning: Mild spoilers!

Cinder and Cress:

First of all, Cinder is very fond of Cress

Sure, Cress likes Cinder too, but Cinder just thinks Cress is a cutie

As in she’s precious and needs to be protected kind of way

Honestly, after all the crap Cinder’s gone through, she admires Cress

Somehow Cress maintained that kindness and innocence despite it all

So Cinder is ready to fight someone for Cress

Like, if someone dares hurt her friend, she’s gonna snap

Their friendship is honestly so precious and great

They really appreciate each other and look after one another

Cress thinks Cinder is very brave and always supports her

And Cinder feels so calm around Cress, like she can relax

Around other people, Cinder feels kind of alert

And despite both being from Moon, that doesn’t seem important

They see each other for what they are and that’s it

Cinder doesn’t feel like Cress actually expects anything huge from her

Like other people clearly do given her position

Cress might even help her train her gift

And whenever Cress has some badass moments, Cinder supports her

They’re just such good friends

Such a healthy, loving and reciprocal friendship

Yay, more The Lunar Chronicles stuff, thank you for requesting! I’m a huge Cress x Thorne shipper and might be a bit biased, but I’ll still do this, I love his friendship with Cinder :)

Cinder and Thorne:

First and foremost they’re friends

They wouldn’t openly admit it, but they care about each other a lot

A lot, even if they keep bugging and teasing one another

But that’s kind of their way of showing affection, really

And they have fun teasing the other anyway

They’re different people and don’t always agree

They do have some emotional moments here and there

But they quickly brush them off, immediately after

Even if sometimes they leave everything to comfort the other

I think that, if they were actually dating, it would be really hard

They are incompatible in that way, in my opinion

And they would end up bickering very often

They deeply care about each other, and nothing would change that

But they just can’t agree and argue too often

There’s not even that much PDA anyway

Sure, when they are in private there’s more

But in public there’s hardly any at all

And when Thorne tries to force it a bit, Cinder doesn’t like it

She wouldn’t mind his arm on her shoulders that much, for example

But if he tries to kiss her or something, it might bug her sometimes

Especially since she’s sometimes moody

And Thorne might annoy her even more those moments

Because he would insist on cheering her up by kissing her

Cinder wouldn’t like this and would get even more annoyed

Thorne is a very touchy person in that way, I think

He always likes to be very affectionate

And Cinder doesn’t really like that as much
