Seriously, the best Brussels I've ever made. When life gets tough, I just punch right back. Being able to cook is a gift and I am grateful for these favorite little balls of green and the ability to make up whatever I want for dinner. Wanna recreate this dish, inspired by Suzy Wong's House of Yum Brussels? (By the way, these are better than Arnold's. Shhh.) . . . TLC'S Spicy AF BS ♡ . . . . Preheat oven to 425 degrees. . . . 3 cups fresh Brussel Sprouts, capped and sliced into thirds 2 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 cup minced garlic . . . Mix the above together and spread on a baking sheet. I prefer a stone. . . Drizzle to preference of sweet/hot the following over the brussels: . . Hot chili oil (about 2 tbsp or more) . Red wine vinegar (about 2 tbsp) . Molasses (warm a little in microwave or over stove for more even drizzle) . Cracked black pepper and pink Himalayan sea salt . . Bake on 425 for 20-25 (*sauce* should be reduced and brussels crispy) . . Top with #gf panko and maple bourbon goat cheese (you can get both at @sprouts ). . . Turn off oven and let the pan sit in for about 5 more minutes to lightly melt cheese. . . Serve immediately!! It's so good. #tlcbakes #thenekkedchicken #tlcmindfullifejourney #brusselsprouts #cleanish #dairyfree https://www.instagram.com/p/B6RSdpXFHamHHuSKJJdFgrmHOqsisye7wLrA7c0/?igshid=fq2fw9cs7div
