Today

Today I feel blessed beyond what I deserve. I was driving and wasn't paying as much attention at a stop, and I knocked into the car in front of me. It was singularly the worst thing I have ever done, and I felt every bit of awfulness from it. I followed the car to a parking lot, and the woman greeted me with a smile and a hug, as she said she had seen my face immediately as I hit her vehicle. We examined her car and I asked a million times over if she was okay and her child was okay. Everything was fine, and we parted ways with smiles and me apologizing profusely. I don't feel blessed because I didn't have to worry about insurance or anything like that, but because she extended such kindness and love towards me, and blessed because she and her child were unhurt by my actions. I just feel like I needed to share this, because the interaction left me crying and speechless.

I feel like crap.

So Fox raised more money for past two days from his previous art packs than I have for the entire one. I’m so happy for him to have such a successful art life, but at the same time I feel like total crap, because I feel like I’m doing super bad. That people don’t like what I’m doing.

I know I shouldn’t compare myself to him, because he’s such a great artist, way more talented, much more consistent with his uploads and I’m an ant next to him, but it’s just... I’m just mad at myself. Or maybe more sad.

I’m doing everything I can to save money for PAX next year, I don’t remember when I bought something myself last time, I barely eat and stuff just to save money. It sucks so bad that I need that much just to go on a trip. Once.

I just hope everything will be better soon, hope is what left.
