A Technique that alters the target's fortune, specifically granting them bad luck.

For its duration, the Jinx Technique simply counts all of the target's perfect rolls (the highest possible number for any dice being rolled) as a 1 instead.
Jinx can be applied to an object instead, applying its effects when making rolls directly related to the object’s use.
Modification
Requirement: [Duration Tier: Mn or less]
As a modification, the feature makes use of the Technique's Delivery to apply its effects alongside all others.
