Termination of TM account
Fri 2019/11/23 Returned to the Cyberjaya branch today to find out if TM has included the STD fixed line call service in my termination application. TM confirmed that my application to terminate the Streamyx service includes the STD call service as well.
Thu 2018/11/22 Submitted an application form to terminate my Streamyx account at the Cyberjaya TM Point branch office. The counter staff told me that I would have to wait at least 2 months for the refund of the RM75 deposit and will have to settle the arrears shown in the next billing, if any.
