So are we going to talk about how Celia’s call with Alice this ep contrasts with her call with Lena at the end of last ep? In 42 we could hear both speakers and it was ended clearly and by Lena’s choice. Compare that too 43’s call, where we can barely hear Alice’s voice and the call ends with her signal cutting out (as far as we are aware). It’s almost like Alice is being “drowned out” ahahaha. Mix that with the topic of voice and voicelessness brought up in the case plus the already established symbolism behind signals and it is an.. intriguing detail.
