Rob Van Dam makes his TNA debut on IMPACT March 8th, 2010. This might be the stupidest wrestling debut ever more stupid then Bobby Lashleys TNA debut.
This right here is sums up one TNA's biggest problems from day one: Everybody is the same no body is a big deal. Instead of Debuting Lashley at the end of a PPV which people at home paid to see just coming out to the enterance ramp in a sports coat and Jeans and merely point at the ring is so bland and ordinary and Lashley doesnt need any help in that department. The lights going back on then coming back on whith Lashley walking onto the enterance ramp and running down to the ring is another problem I have with this debut. Wrestling 101 tells you when the lights turn out and theres people in a cage, when they come back on an advisory is in the cage as well surprising the people in said cage, its such a bait and switch and the crowd was ready for something wild. Why not of had him debut inside the cage once the lights came on and clean house by the crowds reaction they were ready to see Lashly rush the ring and wouldve came unglued if he did. If Lashley cleaned house on the heels and the faces and was the last man standing it wouldve made him look strong and unstoppable and couldve potentially being the first brick in the groundwork of Lashley being a HUGE Star in wrestling that everyone thought he would be. At last however this is TNA so they fucked it up.
