On the premise that TNBA is a continuation of BTAS, I was thinking about how Crane would look under his new Scarecrow costume, as a merely adjusted version of his look in BTAS.
There's just something about that Corpsecrow design that gives me a feeling of sadness, as though Jonathan Crane is a little older now, tired, and brought to his breaking point. In that way, counterintuitively, he seems much stronger and aggressive than when he was younger. Though, perhaps, a little more impulsive too.
