I work at @thisisandela, the Best Nigerian Company to Work for in 2018, according to @jobbermannigeria. This is one of my favourite places in the office, it is a meeting room named "Ubuntu." It also has a Mosaic Design of Nelson Mandela face on the outer corner of the room. Mandela was a major inspiration behind the establishment of Andela and we also got our name from his. Ubuntu is a NguniBantu term meaning "humanity". It is often translated as "I am because we are," and also "humanity towards others", but is often used in a more philosophical sense to mean "the belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity". #TNC18 #TNC18Canon #ThisIsAndela #Photography #RotimiShotIt #RotimiOkungbaye #RotimiOkungbayePhotography (at Andela Office)
