Why can I just see King Boo putting a bounty on Luigi's head, but not for capture or killing him. No no, it's a bounty to someone who can ruin Luigi's good day?

E. Gadd: “Stars above! We need to warn the lad before someone tries to abduct him!”
Toad Assistant: “Uhh...actually, the bounty isn’t for his capture.”
E. Gadd: “What? You don’t mean King Boo wants Luigi killed, do you?!"
