Something I've noticed when looking up healthy recipes, is that there's a lot of people who don't think fiber is important????? Y'all must have the worst bathroom experiences ever, I couldn't even imagine how constipated y'all must be.
And it's so easy to add fiber? Beans are cheap and easy to access, and plus, add meat and veggies and taco seasoning and there're high fiber tortillas that taste like regular tortillas and cheese! Boom! Protein and fiber rich tacos!
