Sorry for the confusion. They are two separate things. SF refers to San Francisco, California and Cleveland as in Cleveland, Ohio. Both large US cities. Different states.
Oh wow yes they are quite far apart I just didn't know you mean San Francisco when you said SF, I know both cities and where both Ohio and California are, sense made :D

the bus costs 2 euros in Paris, but if you get a monthly subscription, it costs less
According to XE that's about $3. Is that a standard, doesn't really matter how far you travel thing? That's pretty good, especially if you can get it less than that :D

Well like in cairns there’s only Busses and it’s terrible but 2 zones is like 1.80 for students

Like you’d be really lucky if they came once an hour in some suburbs though, and to uni is 6 zones
Unreliable buses are the worst like I know people always give Transperth shit (myself included) and they do deserve it but buses are usually not more than 10 minutes late (although one time I was waiting and it was like 27 - I timed it - minutes late and that was a pain if my bus didn't get to work so early I would have been late for sure) and trains are nearly always on time but depending on the bus yeah they only come once and hour some of them. It's always the ones I need to catch that only come once an hour too.
