新潟県長岡市には多くの美しい棚田があります。 映像は、2015年5月31日に長岡市栃尾の雷地域で行われた「壱醸」酒米の田植え。豊作を祈りながら皆で田植えをしている様子です。 ここより上に民家はなく、生活用水の一切混じらない自然の水のみで満たされた棚田。美味い水が人の手によって米になり、美味い酒が出来上がる。 そんな里山の営みからできたこの壮大な景色も最高です。 Local is Wonderful. 守っていきたい文化です。 http://farm8.jp/
