I’m so tired of the whole you need to infiltrate the system in order to beat the system ideology. I am so fucking tired of being nice and passive and smiling to stupid men and tending to their egos like I’m the one playing them because *eventually* I’ll get their jobs? I mean, NO. MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD. SCREAM. NO ONE SHOULD BE EXPECTED TO “PAY THEIR DUES” IN YEARS OF MISOGYNY. This isn’t some kind of ritual you have to go through to prove your strengh. It’s just conflict management discourse trying to convince you that you are doing *undercover* work to overthrow the patriarchy when actually you’re serving it coffee, sitting pretty, and watching your male colleague get the job

Today i feel ok , and want to see what happens today. A good colleague dosent come to me. A other colleague said he had to much of his ppl what were of his Language. Often he were funny and had a good Mood. Now he is grumpy and Stuff. Hmmmm i guess i wait not that he might be angry at me.
