:/ school starts again in less than two hours.... I can't believe the holidays are over.... I have prelims this term, and then next term I go into Year 12... ehhhh....

well, today sucked!

>sleepy from new meds and exhausted by home situation, ended up not going to school and slept all day.

>took a long, awful shower and had horrible body image and self-esteem

>was anxious as hell in therapy program's waiting room

>no longer leaving IOP yet, as the "discharge meeting" or wtv went awful and i ended up walking out

>was forced to talk to my crappy-ass therapist about my family situation

>not many of my friends were at group today. thank god for robby, though.

>group today was nothing helpful. basically a useless day.

>on the way home, argued with mom to the point where both of us were crying. it did some good, though; we both understand each other a lot more, got out some apologies and stresses, heard some things we didn't know, and made up completely.

>still have to go to boston.

>people at school are shit.

>cassi messed with my goddamn phone while i was asleep. bitch.

meh. tomorrow is friday, at least.
