Antibacterial vs. Regular soap

• Antibacterial soaps are no more effective than regular soap and water for killing disease causing germs

• Regular soaps are cheaper

• Regular soap won’t kill healthy bacteria on the skin’s surface

• Disinfectant won’t get dirt off your skin any better than water, but it will kill bacteria

Building My First App

I am going to start sharing some of the revelations I am having as I build out my first app.

1. Security/Authentication Issues - Never ever thought of those. I think I always think from the point of whose the user-why should they use this? But It never crosses my mind that there is a security point of view - is this a bot/ is this spam/ is this real?

2. Technological Feasibility - how easy or difficult is it for somebody to actually build out the idea. For example - implementing a buddy system - how difficult could it be? Matching & pairing users - why is it not as simple as a discussion forum?

It’s really, really nice when I’m at work after, calling in sick the other day, and two different managers ask me if I’m feeling better.

They do care bout their employees, even tho they make us scrub toilets and change leaky bins.

Today I learnt that engaging in occupations is extremely important, no matter who it is. Be it someone who has a traumatic brain injury or just a fever. Extended periods of doing nothing isn't good for anybody.
