This is the split I made from a hive I had that was raising queens. I simply removed the frames with queen cells along with frames containing brood, honey, pollen and (of course) BEES! Ideally it's best to remove the queen from the host hive and leave a few queen cells behind but I just could not locate her for the life of me. I feel somewhat confident she's in there still because of the amount of fresh eggs that were present including eggs recently laid in queen cells.
