❛❛     …    i  see.     ❜❜   the  soft  voice  that  held  secret  damage  replied  back  to  the  taller  male.    (       it’s  truly  amazing  that  hikaru  has  such  feelings  for  the  ‘        man  ’  that  is  the  head  of  the  sohmas    )  he’d  end  up  despising  akito  if  he  knew  that  akito  only  held  the  fake  facade  of  someone  that  was  shy  and  quiet.   SOMEONE  WHO  WAS  FILLED  WITH  WRATH,  SORROW  AND  FEAR.  it  wasn’t  a  good  mix  and  those  who  were  close  would  be  hurt.

this  is  what  normal  people  would  call  a  BEST  FRIEND   …  however,  akito  was  the  type  who  didn’t  truly  understand  relationships,  of  most  kinds.  as  the  warm  embrace  wrapped  around  their  tiny  frame,  they  froze  in  their  spot,  not  showing  any type  of  return  of  such  a  warm  gesture.  hikaru,  a  twin  …   (  from  a  wealthy  family  )  had  find  himself  in  quite  the  place.  as  petite  hands  lifted  up  to  be  pressed  on  this  chest  of  the  male  …  they   removed  themselves  from  the  grip  of  the  other.   ❛❛    i  see  that  you’ve  must  of  missed  me  ,   hikaru.  ❜❜

        The  child’s  impatient  squirming  comes  to  an  immediate  halt  at  Hikaru’s  thinly-veiled  threat,  eyes  widening  with  what  can  only  be  described  as  One  Fear™.  Her  back  goes  ramrod  straight  and  her  small  hands  clasp  over  her  knees  with  a  tight  grip;  as  though  doing  so  would  prohibit  her  from  making  any  sudden  movements.    

        She  doesn’t  even  turn  to  look  at  him,  but  it’s  clear  in  the  wobbliness  of  her  tone  that  his  little  warning  had  upset  her.  Her  hair  was  her  best  feature!  ❝Don’t  do  it!  Don’t  do  it!  I  swear  I’ll  be  still...❞

   Once again, PAIN struck her chest ; her heart. Brows knotted as she gazed woefully at the eldest twin, her fists balled loosely at her sides. What she wouldn’t give to see that smile of his again -- how long had it been since she’d seen it in its sincerity? 

        Her lips ironed thin before she offered a subtle nod, attempting to flash him a grin of her own ( feeble as it may have been, she hoped it would offer him some ounce of reassurance ).  ❝  ... Yeah. We’re friends, Hikaru, and nothing will change that.  ❞  Not now, not ever. She’d be sure to see to that.
