um, hi! i sent in an application yesterday, i'm curious when you're going to let those who applied know whether or not they're in. similarly, when are you going to actually let the people you've accepted into the discord server?

hiya! that’s a great question, thank you for asking - and apologies for not clarifying before.

we plan to start sending out acceptances throughout this week, so very soon! we will message those accepted on Discord (so watch out for a friend request from one of our devs), and send them the server invite along with our welcome message. we’ll post an update when applications have closed and we’re no longer accepting new members for this opening.

I apologize for the silence on our tumblr, the Devs have been taking a break and are now working on updating everything.

I wanted to make it clear that TOGG has ended (officially, back on March 1st), and the Discord server has been deleted.

We thank you all so much again for participating and being involved in our little WCRP group. 💖

If you're not a current member submitting an application for the public opening, would it be okay to make a born member of the The Darksand Ambush as your first character or is something else recommended?

yes thats completely okay!! everyone who joins this November opening is welcome and encouraged to submit Ambush-born characters! :]

hi! quick question; once we've sent in the member application, should we wait to make our character sheet? or should we still make one regardless? just wanted to make sure i don't jump the gun right away! very excited for this opening!! :D

feel free to start ahead on it— we recommend that, actually!! we look through member apps as soon as they arrive, and character applications are already open as well!

Yes definitely! We have openings planned on odd-numbered months, so there will be another one in November o7. Keep an eye on our Calendar to stay updated!

i desperately want to apply asap but the next applicant period is on a day i will be out of town/completely offline! are you able to share details about the current applicant process? ie, how long it goes for, if it’s first come first serve vs quality based, etc? thank you!

of course! our public member application is open from september 17 - september 23, so that whole week, until midnight CST on the last day. it is mostly first come first served, and we don’t have any limit for the amount of members we’ll accept!

we try to accept members as soon as we receive apps for the most part, so keep an eye on your discord friend requests after you apply. we’re excited to invite you guys!
