Now that I've watched The Owl House, I can now tell you all things I THOUGHT the show had/was about, based on the fanart that made me watch the show in the first place:
Eda being an owl beast would be an end-of-season plot twist
King and Hooty were completely nonverbal and only made animal noises
The Collector would be the puppeteer being everything, and "The Owl House" was a term he coined for Luz's whole situation, which he considered a game. I thought the game would "end" somehow and he'd gather people up to start a new round. which would involve death
Someone would hurt King to take his blood

I’ve been working on the write-out for the first “episode” of Jacob & Coco Across the Universe (Post Canon Collector AU), and god damn do I love writing Jacob (or at least my version of him). He’s such an asshole and an absolute loser and I love it. He’s a genius prodigy and an absolute idiot at the exact same time. He’s just mean to everyone around him and he doesn’t get why people don’t like him. He sucks so much and I’m obsessed with writing his scenes. He’s so cringefail.
