Hmm. I'd say, you need to try again some place else. I mean, if it tastes bad in your country, then you'll be sure. Mine tastes... I dunno, it tastes like the one my korean friend made, so I guess it tastes about right? It depends how I make it. I mean, it generally tastes spicy, but I don't taste the spice as much anymore. So I need to be careful when I make it for friends that aren't used to spice. It's a bit sweet, only around the edges, because you add a bit of sugar into it. So it's quite rounded in sweet, salty and spicy taste, I think. I hope it kinda descries it right...? xD
And no, you don't sound busybody at all! :D I love it when people talk to me which they rarely do
